Why this is important:

Already congested areas, such as the Rayleigh Weir and recycling center on Castle Road, will be worsened by the increased traffic.

Already crowded public services, such as schools and GP surgeries, will be further strained by the increased population.

Our valuable greenbelt will continue to shrink, irreversibly.
